Hi,
Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:
\
.mCSB_scrollTools .mCSB_dragger .mCSB_dragger_bar{ background: #00b2ff; }\
Change color code #00b2ff to any color code you want. You can get a color code here
