Sorry, I described this badly.
Before the last update the footer was responsive and the 4 columns stacked on top of each other to be full width, now they do not (see attached image) and the each column is 25% width

That's not a bug - It's responsive like the name of itself.
We can't display 4 columns on the mobile - because the mobile has screen is too small - you can't split it to 4 columns - everything will look messy and you can't see anything.
