Hi,
Do you mean when you click on "Save Change" button on the image you sent me, it doesn't work?
If so, please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again.
After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

I buy pennews because the advertising says I could design my homepage easily
Looking at the videos it seems like I have to use WPBakery Page Builder to design/modify my home page
I and trying to use it, but when i try to modify any block the bottom "Save Changes" doesnt work. I click it but nothing happens
