Hi,

This issue caused by you've use outdated version of Wordpress.

I just updated your site to latest version of Wordpress and everything working fine now.

Hi,

Please try increase your memory limit and try it again. Some hosting limited this value - and this caused the issue:

Let's edit your wp-config.php file.

Add this to the top, before the line that says, “Happy Blogging”:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

After you did and and the issues still appears, please send me:

- Your admin url

- Your admin account ( username and password )

- Your FTP account ( FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) or your hosting account.

Conversation Start

When I try to customize the theme, i have a blank page

(with this url ....wp-admin/customize.php)

I deactivate every plug in, to activate them one by one.

If i deactivate "penci framework" i can see the cutomize page

If i activate this plug in, i can see a blank page if i want to customize the theme

What can i do ?
