I didnt see any changes after I logged out and back in again. But I cleared my browser and that was the problem, now everything is working fine

To do that, please do following steps:
1/ Go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > and un-check to "Comment author must fill out name and email "
2/ Add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to hide the email & website on the comment form:
