Wordpress has millions plugins and we can't check the theme to compatible with all plugins.
Also, We don't provide support for third party plugins - so, you need to check it for yourself or ask author of that plugin for help.

\the Penci Framework Version 6.2 and the Plugin GeoDirectory Version 1.6.30 have a conflict. The changes in the entries of GeoDirectory are not saved at publishing or update. Only publishing functions.
\With other templates or without the Penci Framework is no problem.
