Hi,
To switch demo, please do following steps:
1/ Install plugin Customize Reset
After that, go to Customize > click to button "Reset" at the top left of customize.
2/ Import demo data of any demo you want. It's way 2 in the guide here Way 2: Import Only customizer data

I imported a demo and now I tried to change it to a different one, and it's combining the two demos. How do I start fresh with a clean Soledad install? I deleted the soledad folder through ftp: /wp-content/themes/soledad and then imported the soledad.zip file again. And it is still using the old demo. What else do I need to delete in order to start fresh with the theme?
