Hi,
You shouldn't import multiples demos.
To fixed that, please go to Appearance > Menus > create or select a new menu for your site > scroll down and check to "Primary Menu"

I was downloading different Import data demos to see how they looked and now my menu bar is in triplicate and when you scroll down it shows all this background writing. How do I fix this? Hopefully, it just a simple click of a button but I'm not clicking anything until I find out. I don't want to make it worse. Has anyone else had this problem before?
