Hi,

1/ Do you using latest version ( version 4 ) of this theme?

If not, please check this guide to know how to update this theme.

After that, make sure you installed plugin Penci Demo Importer

2/ Seem you did something to make it doesn't work. Please send me:

- Your admin url

- Your admin account ( username and password )

- Your FTP account ( include: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - If you don't know this, let's ask your hosting provider.

Hello,

I'm trying to install the new Magazine demo for Soledad 4.0. I've followed the instructions of the YouTube video but I do not have the "Import Demo Data" option under "Appearance".

Also, when I try to install the W3 Total Cache plugin, the site stops working.
