Hi,
Seem you did something wrong to caused this issue.
Please deactivate all plugins and check it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

ok thank you very much!But I don't know what's happening now in my site that I cannot see anything! It seams like my theme is disappeared but it's not. You can see the difference from the previous picture.

Hi,
You need to Enable Footer Menu via Customize > Footer Options > "Enable Footer Menu"
