Ok but when i put W3 Total Cache, it in conflict and its slow. How can i adjust the settings in W3 total cache ?

Hi,
I recommend you using W3 Total Cache only.
Any plugin cache need to save the cache before make your site load faster. So, the first time you check your site a bit slow is normal.

Hello !
I look for all plugin and when i deactivate W3 Total Cache, my website is fast, its ok.
I reactivate the plugin and its long again.
It's in conflict !
WP Rocket doesn't work and W3 Total Cache too.
Which plugin can i put on my website ?

Hi,
I just checked your site on Gtmetrix, here is the results:

1/ As you can see here, your hosting take more than 3s to get your website. It's a reason.
2/ Please try deactivate all plugins ( except recommended plugins for this theme and W3 Total Cache ) and check it again. Maybe you have a plugin drop your site speed.

Hello !
I have a little problem with my website www.mysweetescape.fr
My website is too long to load....22 sec ! You can see it in gtmetrix report

One month ago it was about 6s... I don't understand why ... ?
I'm on ovh.com for the hebergement and the response request is too high since 2 weeks.
What i have to do to repair my website ?
