Hi,

Thank you for loving our theme.

For your requirements:

1/ Yeah, we will consider about this feature in the future updates. We have more than 15k+ customers using this theme and suggestion features is too much.. That's why we need to consider careful with each feature

2/ Soledad already supports for that block layouts. Please check this guide to know how to setup homepage magazine and you can check styles for featured categories.

i hope the near future your side will update below attachment's features, its very helpful to create a big website, in the past i use Newspaper theme and now i am using soledad , i very very love this theme.

So i hope to get the new update for these feature
