Hi,

Unfortunately, this theme doesn't support this feature and we can't make this feature.

Because too much other customers use links on the parent menu items. We can't disable it and change to click on the link to open sub-menu.

Hi,

Yes, that right, but the issue with me is, there is no link to the menu item and dropdown is there.

when we click on menu item, nothing happening.

After clicking on arrow only , dropdown appearing, but nothing happens on menu name (just staying as it is)

can you please check once on my site

Hi,

It is so normal, not bug. Most themes are the same.

When click menu names will go to the page with link you setup, so the sub menu cann't be opened.

Hi,

in mobile view, the menu list is unable to clickable.

The arrows are displaying on right side of menu names.

when clicking on arrows, the drop down of menu appearing but when clicked on menu name, the drop down was not opening.

Please suggest.
