Hi,

First, please go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and make your config look like this image.

Also the slider you said is featured slider style 5 - You can select it via Customize > Featured Slider Options > Featured Slider Style. On Customize > Featured Slider Options > make sure you don't check to "Enable Featured Slider on All Pages"

To create a blog page, please go to Pages > Add New > edit or create a blog page > and select Template for this page is "Custom Blog Page" - the layout for this blog page will follow layout you've selected via Customize > General Options > Category, Tags, Search, Archive Layout

Hi,

How do I make the featured posts slider on my home page full width as like your demo: http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-beauty/

Is it also possible to have the featured slider on the home page only? As when I turn on the option for the home page it appears on the blog page too.
