I have 6 month support and i purchased soledad theme in November 2018 so there is still 5 month support remaining. And this reflects on my envato account properly.

If so, seem your support is expired. Please renew the support here to create a new ticket. Hope you can understand that's the terms of Envato Market and we can't violate it..

Im not able to add any new tickets. Error keeps popping saying verify purchase. when i click on verify button it redirects again to https://pencidesign.ticksy.com//submit/

Please try use video URL like this:
\ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv6ozkg4mw0\
instead of:
\ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv6ozkg4mw0&_=1\

I want my viewers to see my latest youtube video on my website homepage. I added a Video widget on the sidebar but it is not working. The youtube video url is successfully getting added but the widget does not play the video. My website is https://www.kitchensavouries.com
