Hi,

1/ It's not come from our theme. Please go to Plugins > All Plugins > check and deactivate plugin "Fresh".

2/ Please make sure your config look like this image

After that, go to Customize > Featured Slider Options > make sure you've checked to "Enable Featured Slider" and on "Select Featured Category" you've selected for a category or select "-- Select --"

Conversation Start

1. On all my pages in the back end it says:

Fresh plugins require the 'Fresh Framework' plugin to be activated first.

How do I do this? I thought it was already activated when I purchased this? How do I activate it?

2. How do I get the sliders to work (where it shows the actual posts)? It is not showing up?
