Hi,

Do you want change background color of Footer, please go to Customize > Color for Footer > then change ooter Background Image as screenshot http://prntscr.com/loriz1

About sticky sidebar, by default it's enable. Please go to Customize > General Options, then scrolldown and uncheck " Disable Sticky Content & Sidebar." "Disable Padding Block & Widget." option. ( http://prntscr.com/lork16 )
