You need to change the video URL to:
\ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNDvzLaRfc8
Also, on both 2 sites, on Customize > Featured Video Background Options > Start Video At > Fill 0 there.

I just checked your site and I see your site still working normal - I still can scroll down your site.
If you mean about the Featured Video Background doesn't work - let's go to Customize > Featured Video Background Options > change the video URL to:

That's issues with your custom plugins - doesn't related with our theme.
Please go to Plugins > All Plugins > and deactivate all plugins related with the name "Fresh"
