Seem you didn't clearly the cache.

Hi, thank you for your response. I deactivated all of my plugins and the photos still do not load on the main page.

Hi,

If so, I'm sure you have a plugin caused this issue.

Please deactivate all plugins and try it again.

After it work, let's enable each plugin to check the plugin caused this issue.
