Hi,
Unfortunately, at this time we don't support for Text Logo - because text logo has much limits for social sharing, brands, responsive,...etc.. So, we don't make it.
If you want to do that, I think you can create a logo image by use a text as you want. When you done, use this logo image replace with the default logo

How can it display the site name without using logo image?
Currently, I have a image for Logo but I would like to use just a plain text of the site name, not a image.
In "Customizing > Logo and Header Options" as I remove the Logo image, it shows the default image of "soledad"..
Is there a way to use a text as a logo?
