Hi Team, 

I just analysed my website performance test, but its too bad. I have attached the report generated so far. Could you please look into it?

FYI, I just started configuring site, no major contents are loaded, there are some JS files causing this problem.

I analysed the performance of demo site (http://pennews.pencidesign.com/)and it's damn good. I want performance to be like your demo site.
