Hi,
If you've removed all the google fonts - you need to upload your custom font "Lora" via Dashboard > Custom Fonts
After that, select again this font you've uploaded above on Customize > General Options > Font for Body Text.
Because when you remove all the fonts from google fonts - the Lora fonts from google fonts will can't load to your site - that's why it doesn't work for you.

Some Post I have to create with the classic editor, but I can not use the Lora font-family there.

How can I do that? I have tried to install manually. Don't work. I don't want to get fonts from google due to GDPR.
