I will try this.
However, I haven't enabled or disabled any plugins since it was originally working.

Hi,
Have you try deactivate all plugins and try again?
If it work, let's enable each plugin to check the plugin caused this issue.
If it doesn't work, let's send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) - in a private reply. I will take it a look.

Alright. Only the top 2 are sticky now. Yet, 3 shows. I can't get the 3rd article to not show.

This issue caused by you have 5 first posts is sticky posts. Let's make un-sticky that posts.

Hello,I have changed about every setting I know to change, to get the homepage to only show one post, then have page numbers at the bottom. But it is still showing like 6 posts?
Am I missing something?
I have Custom Amount of Posts Shown Per Page on Homepage set to 1.
