Unfortunately, as I know, no any theme or plugin can do that feature...

If you want to do that, I think you should hire a web programer to help you to do that..

Hello, we have multiple authors posting stories. I would like to restrict the length of the title - to 65 characters max - for a single post.

I would also like to restrict the amount of text in the post to 1000 words. Is this possible?
