Would you know how to reveal the subcategory for the Portfolio entries? 

After the 8th entry, the subcategories no longer appear.

Please edit  this portfolio and find this text.

I think the text is the portfolio title or heading or the content portfolio.

If you can't find it, please send me your website management information ( admin url site, username and password ). I will check it help you.

Hi,

Please go to Customize > Genneral Options , scrolldown and  insert Api key with  "Map API Key" option as screenshot : http://prntscr.com/lzl62n

Please check this guide to know how to get Map API key.

Thank you. It worked!

Would you know the issue for the video area (attached screenshot). It's returning a broken link message / icon, eg. "Youtube refused to connect". When I copy and paste the link on a fresh browser, it works. The template here is Sport News 2.

We are checking theme with wordpress 5.0. I will release the latest version as soon as possible.

You can use the Classic Editor plugin .

\

The Classic Editor plugin restores the previous WordPress editor and the Edit Post screen. It lets you keep using plugins that extend it, add old-style meta boxes, or otherwise depend on the previous editor. To install, visit your plugins page and click the “Install Now” button next to “Classic Editor”. After the plugin finishes installing, click “Activate”. That’s it!

You can  go to Plugins > Editor  then edit penci-framework/gutenberg/gutenberg.php file and go to line 74 and remove the code as below:

Since our last conversation, I'm now observing the stability of the site and the template. Today I got this error message when I tried to add a new post:

This page isn’t working

arcmediaglobal.com is currently unable to handle this request.

\

HTTP ERROR 500

I have attached a screenshot of the error message. It seems to be a template issue. Would you be able to help fix it please?

Hi,

1./ Please go to  Appreance > Menu and edit link for  home page item. About reponsive menu, please send me screenshot with issue.

2/ Please edit home page and edit Penci Single Video shortcode then choose image you want as screenshot

(1) This is how it looks now (attached). It doesn't look like the template. It looked like the basic wordpress template.

\

(2)  I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Sport News 2 template - and also did the manual (ftp) installing of the Sport News 2 template. 

\

(3) I also did a WP reset and reinstalled Wordpress.

\

(4) Normally there's blog contents already included in the template. When I tried to install other templates, the site is already populated with placeholder content. But not with Sport News 2.

\

Please help. Thank you once again.

Please go to Customize > Addtional CSS, add custom code todo that:

}
