When I add an anchor within a post and link to that anchor later on, the post jumps not exactly to the right place. 

For instance, I place the attachment in front of the sub-title (see attachment 1), click on the anchor in the text (attachment 2), the post jumps to below the anchor-title (see attachment 3), instead of that you see the title (see attachment 4). 

I think it possibly happens because of the menu on top of the page, but not sure. Do you know and how can I make sure it jumps to the right place?
