Thank you for your all feedback.
Please go to Administration > Plugin, then deactive and remove Penci Framework plugin, then re-install and active again Penci Framework plugin.
Or please go to pennews/template-parts/content-page.php file and remove code as screenshot ( http://prntscr.com/mvu1xa )

BUT ı have a new big problem. When ı update the website, This code appeared under all pages.
.page-template-agents .penci çapında içerik {maks. genişlik: calc (100% - 300px); }
if you enter my website, you can see this, under pages. www.bosmer.com.tr

Make sure that you use latest version of PenNews and plugin come from theme.

ı get this error : Fatal error: Call to undefined function gutenberg_get_jed_locale_data() in /var/www/vhosts/bosmer.com.tr/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/penci-framework/gutenberg/gutenberg.php on line 78
when ı want to add new post or page or portfolio, please help me fastly, this is big problem for us.
AND no '' EDİTOR '' button under plugins. ı have recommended instead of editor

\You can go to Plugins > Editor then edit penci-framework/gutenberg/gutenberg.php file and go to line 74 and remove the code as below:

After remove code, then update file.

Sorry about this issue.
We are checking theme with wordpress 5.0. I will release the latest version as soon as possible.
You can use the Classic Editor plugin .
The Classic Editor plugin restores the previous WordPress editor and the Edit Post screen. It lets you keep using plugins that extend it, add old-style meta boxes, or otherwise depend on the previous editor. To install, visit your plugins page and click the “Install Now” button next to “Classic Editor”. After the plugin finishes installing, click “Activate”. That’s it!

Hello
To see if there were any problems with our plugins running with your theme, i installed the Pennews theme on a fresh 'demo website' that only contains your theme and plugins and still have the same issue. Something is not right with the update to wordpress 5.0

We updated https://www.petfriendlyhouse.com/ to Wordpress 5.0 and we are getting the following error when we try to add/edit a post or page:
To get around the issue I've installed the "classic editor plugin"
