I upgraded my site to WordPress 5.0 and currently it doesn't cause any problems with Soledad 6.1.
If you are using WPBakery Page Builder, installing the Classic Editor plugin will help you solve the compatibility issue.

Please wait for next update version of Soledad before update the theme to Wordpress 5.0.
We're working on this next update & testing the theme with Wordpress 5.0. You can see update change log here to know when this them has update for compatible with Wordpress 5.0.
From 5.0 - If you want to use WPBakery Page Builder - you need to use plugin Classic Editor and use Classic Editor to edit your pages.
Until now, Wordpress 5.0 has to much issues ( as I see it has more than 1000+ issues on GitHub ). So, let's wait us to test it before update to 5.0.

Hey, i am using Soledad Theme and now Wordpress 5.0 has been launched, so should i update to it?
Will there be any compatibility issues with the new Wordpress 5.0.
Also, i use the Wordpress Bakery builder (bundled with this theme), will it still work as it is, with the new Wordpress 5.0 as well.
Please let me know every scenario which may occur, if i update to Wordpress 5.0
