Please go to Customize > Sidebar, then change block title and wiget title.

How to change heading style in widgets / sidebars inside posts

I can configure the heading style on the frontpage, but i can't do that by widgets, which is the only way to configure which block i can show inside sidebars that shows inside posts.
I notice that by default is showing style 3, how can i at least change the style to number 13 which is the one i'm using on the frontpage?
