Yeah, Pennews theme is theme of blog magazine, not specialized in shop
WooCommerce is a free eCommerce plugin that allows you to sell anything, beautifully.
If you need more features you need buy more extensions

Could you please guide how to activate SHOP feature (I mean which plugin to be used to configure it)?
I did not find the plugins available (which are suggested to install initially)
