Hi,
To do that, please go to Customize > Standard & Classic Layout Options > and check to "Auto Render Excerpt"

In this demo: http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-food-blog2/?demo=classic-grid the latest post under the home featured boxes has the featured image and excerpt and then a read more button. (creamy vegan pumpkin soup)
On our homepage, the entire post is displaying. We want just the image and excerpt as in the demo with the continue reading button. Under General Options we have 1st Classic Then Grid chosen for the homepage layout. Is this the correct one?
