I see everything is center on your site: Homepage & Pages.
Because on pages, you didn't enable the sidebar, but I still can see your content is center.

The text in the sidebar widget titles are centered on my homepage, but they won't center in the about me or FAQ page. I would like the sidebar widgets to be centered on all pages.
Note: My About Me and FAQ are actual "pages" and the other headers are "categories" for my blog.
