Hi,
Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support auto slider with featured gallery.
We will consider to add more this feature in the next update versions of PenNews. I'm not sure it will be added but,I'm sure we will consider about this.

is it posible to make the galery on top with auto slide. now you have to do it by hand..
