Please contact with your hosting provider and ask them about this to fixed all that issues ( dont have permission to access this site, the site is password protected and under construction ) for you. That's not issues related with the theme.

I have a test site and I cant download any content, when I click import demo I get this error - you dont have permission to access this site, the site is password protected and under construction but even when I disable those plugins I still get this error
