Please try deactivate all plugin ( excrept plugin come from theme and try it again ). If it  work, let's  enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

1. Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support this featured.

2. With tag, search page, please go to Customizer >  Quick Text Translation  then scrolldown to "ARCHIVE PREFIX TITLE" box then change  text you want as screenshot http://prntscr.com/lxe4c9

With  404 page, please go to Customize > 404 page Options then change  heading, mess text you want as screenshot http://prntscr.com/lxe4zf

I'm not clear about the question.

Do you want block shortcode with vc or block with gutenberg?

If you want use block shortcode  with vc, please  use Classic Editor plugin, then add block shortcode you want and choose template page is FullWith  ( http://prntscr.com/lx14kl, http://prntscr.com/lx14s5 ).

if you want use block with gutenberg, please check this guide.
