You can use Classic Editor plugin.Classic Editor is an official plugin maintained by the WordPress team that restores the previous (“classic”) WordPress editor and the “Edit Post” screen.

The other problem is that, it seems, to Inter insert Text Paddig, Drop Cap or others through PenNews Shortcode, nothing happens ... Some conflict or even a bug!
