Hi,

I checked on your site and saw two penci framework install on your site as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mmytg2

I remove it and re-install , active Penci Framework. Now, every thing work fine.

It seems I still cannot install Penci Framework on my page. I click on Install Required plugins and the activate, and then activate penci framework and nothing happens and it never installs. I can't edit the site properly and really the only thing that looks normal is the top header but no content in the body shows up. I can't actually edit the page as need be.

It seems that your site using low version PHP ( 5.2.17 )( http://prntscr.com/lycg5n )

I checked system status on your site with link http://www.siouxfallswedtube.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pennews_system_status

Please increase PHP version 5.3 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.0 or greater)

I have activated all needed plugins but I can't activate Pensi Framework or PennNews Demo Importer. When I try to activate either of them it goes to a blank page and does nothing. See image two of blank page.
