Hi,

Please edit block shortcode you want add filter, then go to "Ajax Filter" tab then choose filter by category or tag as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m189mn

If it dosen't work, please send me your screenshot this issue and send me your website management information ( admin url site, username and password ). I will check it help you.

I am unable to add filters query in the block when i search in arabic the search doesnt show me anything
