You can import a demo style by do following WAY 2 in the documentation here

Hello,

I am some what new to blogging and to your themes. I purchased the Soledad theme and want to redesign my current wordpress blog with this theme. Will it mess up my current blog? Should I start a new blog with this theme? If so, how? I am working through the documents and videos that are on your site, but I haven't found anything talking about using it with a current theme.
