Hi,
Please check:
1/ Go to Customize > Single Post Options > and make sure you don't check to "Hide Post Comments"
2/ Make sure you allow for comments - check more on this guide

Several of my posts were created prior to an update. With the update, these posts no longer have a comment box option for users to leave a comment. I've included the link http://brandonandfood.com/2018/10/27/mexi-corn-dip/ as a reference to the problem.
