I'm WPBakery Elements on those 4 pages as a workaround.
But I'm still not sure why it was a problem.

Looks like those 4 are the only ones not showing up.

Hi,
Please go to Settings > Permalink , then click save changes button as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m37ytt
Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If it dosen't work, please send me your website management information( admin url site, username and password ). I will check it help you.
