Hi,

I fixed this issue and updated code.

Could you please me the exact issue you are facing?

Are you adding a banner on the new site that it doesn't display or you want me to show you how to add a banner ?

If you adding a banner on the new page and it not display, please remove Penci Framework plugin then re-install and active the plugin.

If it doesn't work, please send me your website management information( admin url site, username and password ). I a private reply . I will check it help you.

I fixed this issue on your site. I checked on home page and saw banner work fine as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mk5ji4

Now, You can add banners with the location you want. Please try it.

Hi,

Don't worry about issue with banner.

Markup display banner has class "ad" and it seems that Adblock Browser hide all markup has class "ad".That is the cause. We fix this issue and will add this fix to next update version of PenNews.

ok no worries.
I do have a question again which i asked a while ago and you helped me with, but still seems to be a problem with your theme again.

I tried to put a banner on a page but it isn't showing up on the page. Can you show me how you fixed that problem with babyconsultant.com.au because i want to do it for the other site i am working on

Hi,

Please check all the files you modified in the theme and copy files to child theme.

After copy file, please backup code theme and child theme.

You have been amazing support, i think after all this i will never be able to use another theme. haha

Can you please also let me know if there is a way to correct an error i made. i edited the parent theme and not the child. I ahev installed the child theme now.

My question is can i transfer all the changes i made, over to the child theme so i dont run into any problems in the future and i dont have to re do the entire site?????

thank you. I also tried to change the border color of the following column https://prnt.sc/m9w5zx by going to https://prnt.sc/m9w6gj and changing the details and pressing save. but it will not save... can you please help?

this is very fragile, so i changed background of the row and it changed the alignment of the video. can you tell me what html to put in the screen shot and where so if it happens again i can jsut re apply?

there is another issue i am having, i created a 5 column section but the dynamics go weird for some reason and hang to the left of screen. i create a new space so why does it do this?

1/ Please try edit row shortcode, then go to Custom width tab and choose with container you want and choose position of row is center as http://prntscr.com/m63hrz

2/ Please go to Customzer > General Options , then scrolldown and Font For Heading Titles is cursive as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m63j6u

1) i would simply like to place it in the centre of the page instead of to the left.
2)Yes i would like to keep the cursive font with the fancy title which currently shows " Rapose Harper " but chnage the name please to "Jenny Ling" (UPDATE) i was able to change through the code, but realised the problem was only happening when i went to change it using the WPBAkery builder.

i understand and appreciate your logic but i dont have many 3rd party plugins installed, however i tried all 3rd party plug ins. no luck!

May be some 3rd party plugin are conflicting each other so please disable all the plugin one by one in that way you can find which plugin is causing for this error and also clear browser cache and then check and let me know your feedback.

I have checked your site and I found that you are using older version of pennewsTheme Version 6.1

So please update pennewsTheme the latest version 6.4 and then let us know how it goes for you.

Please makes sure you have child theme because If you modify a theme directly and it is

updated, then your modifications may be lost. By using a child theme you will ensure that your

modifications are preserved.

I have added the penci banner box through wp bakery to the homepage and witht he widget to the post pages but they do not show up when i load my website. i have reloaded and cleared cache but still am having no success. Can someone please help
