yes the problem came from the fact you activated the main theme instead of our child theme

we found back everything back by activating again the child theme, we did not know we had to do it, thank you for the answer now everything is back to normal thank you very much

Sorry about this issue.

Please tell me about this issue.

I only update theme because show/hide feature not working. After updated theme show/hide feature work fine.

It seems that you modify PenNews theme. If you want modify PenNews theme, please use child theme.

I checked on your site, I saw child theme installed and you add more custom code on child theme. But you active PenNews theme as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m4pj95

Please let me know before the error you use pennews theme or child theme of pennews theme.

Hello,

Usually you always answered me very fast and very very well I never had to complaint before !

BUT yesterday I opened two tickets asking for help about two specific bug we have, you asked me for my login details, you changed the whole live version of our website, now we lost EVERYTHING WE DID for the last two months because you brought us back to the initial version of the theme and you left it like this !!

The two problems have not been solved, and you dont answer since the last 15 hours ?? How can I go back to the version of the website of yesterday ?? All the work of two months is lost ??? PLEASE HELP ?????
