You've bought Soledad theme and your video you showed for me is for PenNews theme - that's 2 different themes.
To config Soledad by use WPBakery, please check this video tutorial.

I bought the soledad template and installed Visual composer, but when I installed visual composer , there is n't pencil block but i see that in the video tutorial .
