If you want to make changes for all page then you have to go
Customize > Colors for Header > Main Bar Background make changes here.

Please edit home page, scrolldown to "Page Option" Box, uncheck "Enable Header Transparent" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m56ej0

Hey! So, I need the primary menu background to be white, but it is transparent. How can I change this?
I will insert a video for my bg and i need a white bar on the top to be the menu.
