I tried to use "Latest Posts" element instead and then exclude all other categories, only used the one I want. This displayed results as I want. However, do we have other solutions?

I have used "Featured Category" element in my page and it only lists number of posts based on "Number Posts Display". I would like the pages display similar to category page with pagination, so how could I do that? please advice for an approach. Many thanks.
