Hi,
Please try edit shortcode have background image, then go to "Reponsive" tab , "Mobile" tab and choose background image you want show on mobile as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m95zhw
We recommend that you choose a background img with a length longer than the width like the phone screen.

That's not what I'm talking about! I'm talking about the background images, both from my initial section and my footer. On the computer, they appear large and I can see that there is a person explaining something. On the phone, I can only see part of these images.
Is there any way to make these photos look as complete on my mobile phone as on my computer?

I checked on your site.
Image don't load on your site ( http://prntscr.com/m8pa9p ). It seems that cause by cache plugins as screenshot http://prntscr.com/m8p9rz
Please remove cache or deactivate cache plugin .
