I'm still having the same issue. Logged out and back in, cleared my cache. I still can't create a ticket.

My issue is that I can't activate the theme. When I click on the Activate theme button it takes me to a blank page.

Problem solved. Maybe, it was a problem from Ticksy.

I'm having the same issue. I can't even create my own ticket. And every time I try to activate the theme, it takes me to a blank screen.

When I try to send a new ticket the system replies "You must insert Envato Market buy code associated with this product". If I click button "Verify buy with Envato"(https://ticksy.com/?action=envato_connect&domain=pencidesign&new_system=1), nothing happens... it forwards back to https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/submit/ 

My support will be terminated in THREE mounths!!!

I made a backup and restore with Duplicator after a hard disk formatting. Everything went OK. I have only an alert:

I changed all parameters in php.ini requested by normal functions and Revolution Slider but the alert is always active.

How is possible to solve it?
