That's the size from Wordpress.. It's not related with our theme, so I think you just can find a plugin to do that...

I have disabled the image size as you said but I don't know the Wordpress or pennews theme generate more "Medium_Large" (768x***) size itself, can you please help this ?

Hi,
I said with you manage image sizes - not disable
If you want to disable all images size from Wordpress - use this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-sizes/

Hi,
Yeah, if you want to disable any image sizes, let's un-check there.
For manager images size from Wordpress - let's check options for it via Dashboard > Settings > Media
