Hi,
It seems that you use cache plugin. I saw error javascript on your site from cache ( http://prntscr.com/mau7u2 ).
Can you please clear cache from cache plugin and then make this plugin disable. Allways keep in mind, while website development or if you wanr to make any changes in your site you should't use any cache plugin.
After the completion of website modification yes you can use cache plugin in your site run faster. Let me know if my suggestion make any difference for you.

Good afternoon.
I am having a considerable amount of problems and I have to solve them.
Any changes I make or do not appear on my site or take ages to appear!
I am having difficulties, because all these changes are being published in theory, but not in practice!
In addition, random things are stopping to appear, like popups.
The only place where the changes really appear is to manage live.
